ABOUT What is Texas CEAL Consortium?
Started in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, Texas CEAL Consortium is a group of regional partners that aims to reduce the burdens of the pandemic and other chronic diseases among Texas populations.

Current Projects
During 2023-24, we continue to reach high-need populations in Texas through 5 projects led by our partners in Bexar, Harris, Hidalgo, and surrounding counties.
Past Projects
In our first 3 years, our regional partners led 17 projects impacting individuals in Bexar, Dallas, Harris, Hidalgo, Tarrant, and surrounding counties.
